Graythought ("we", "us") operates graythought.com. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Name, email, and message when you use the contact form.
• Email address when you join the All Access waitlist or free trial.
• Email and payment information when you subscribe (processed by Stripe).

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries.
• To manage your subscription and provide access to our services.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are subject to their privacy policy. We do not store your card information.

We use Resend to deliver email (contact-form notifications and replies to you), and Slack to route contact and signup messages to our team internally. Both process the information you submit through those forms on our behalf.

Data retention

We retain your information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law.
